Invest in London Real Estate: Sparta Capital Properties

Farringdon is a particularly exciting location.  Once Crossrail opens, it will provide direct access to Heathrow, Gatwick and London Luton airports.  In addition, the City Corporation is promoting the ‘Culture Mile’, taking in additional assets like The Barbican as well as new ventures, such as a relocated and expanded Museum of London and a new symphony hall.

We therefore expect that the value of Sparta Capital’s assets is secure and will grow over time.
